it important because it gets frustrating knowing the rent is to high an the apartment is not up to date some conditions are not worth paying that much for

they should have someone check the apartment once a month sent=d the maintenance super to check apartment for any conditions the apartment might need

it will help the tenants that live in the apartments pay rent without a problem less issues with landlords
