Inclusive Spaces for Community Recreational Activities

What problem would you like to solve?

We need a wellness initiative for the Bronx community, with more spaces for community activities such as therapeutic roller skating.

Why is it important to solve? Why is it relevant for the community?

Community skating activities are a great healthy outlet and are a lot of fun for members of the community. They can learn a new skills, get exercise, meet members of their community, and relax.

What idea do you have to address the problem?

We need to create new programs and fund existing programs that support youth skating activities as these activities promote wellness and socialization and increase youth interest in sports.

Who would that help?

This will help children and families in the Bronx.
