Support for the annual Fish Parade produced by The Point CDC

What problem would you like to solve? The Point produces the Fish Parade each year and could use additional support to make this annual event - which supports creativity and community - to have more local impact.

Why is it important to solve? Why is it relevant for the community? Supporting local creativity supports and strengthens community-building in Hunt's Point, an equity-seeking area of The Bronx that has seen it all.

What idea do you have to address the problem? Collaborating with The Point would offer local artists and community members more opportunities to create a vision of the area that connects with local dreams of future possibilities.

Who would that help? Collaborating with local initiatives that are already doing good work in Hunt's Point would show an awareness and support of the local community by working with what is already happening successfully in the area.
