Safe from mentally ill people

What problem would you like to solve?

Mentally ill people are everywhere on the streets of the city, sometimes aggresive, attack and scare people, including children.

Why is it important to solve? Why is it relevant for the community?

Every day on the streets of Brooklyn I see situations like this. Calling the police a couple of days later, these sick people walk the streets again.

What idea do you have to address the problem?

I would open psycho-neurological hospitals where mentally unbalanced people with and without relatives would be kept by the state. It seems to me that the sense of security would immediately be much higher
