What problem would you like to solve?

Better training for children to learn skills for future jobs and also interpersonal and communication skills.

Why is it important to solve? Why is it relevant for the community?

Because children are the future of our country.

What idea do you have to address the problem?

Schools or programs can have trainings for students to develop their interpersonal skills, and they should have counselors to help them learn.

Who would that help?

All of the youth, both of immigrants and non-immigrants.
