NYS population consists largely of different ethnic groups which include immigrants and non-citizen residents that could use legal representation to help obtain working class status.

Why is it important to solve? Why is it relevant for the community?

For these individuals, they live in fear of discrimination and deportation regardless of their contribution to the economy.

What idea do you have to address the problem?

Use funding to advertise and inform New Yorker's about the service available and pay for legal counsel. More immigrants could achieve middle and upper class lifestyles.

Who would that help?

Those who are disadvantaged due to politics and economic factors.
