Why is it important to solve? Why is it relevant for the community?

A lot of communities area, I wouldn't be able to get or afford due to over charging in price or you would have to participate in lottery/waiting list for affordable housing where a individual family live all their life.

What idea do you have to address the problem?

Modified housing cost to fit those on a fixed income. Or give these properties owners more of tax break to house more individuals at least 30 percent to 35 percent.
