Youth evening programming and lack of evening senior activities

Why is it important to solve? Why is it relevant for the community?

This way our youths would have programs in the evening and after schools.

What idea do you have to address the problem?

In our high school that has swimming pool - open them for the senior for water aerobics and/or youth
