Many documented and undocumented immigrants arrive in NYC without work or an idea to get work with benefits or in good conditions, so we must come up with a plan to provide them to live a better and assuring life

Why is it important to solve? Why is it relevant for the community?

Queens is the most diverse borough, immigrants deserve job ladder and should not be trapped on low wages/pay or unsatisfying jobs

What idea do you have to address the problem?

Create a program that outreaches to new immigrants and connect them to new jobs
