What problem would you like to solve?

The problem I would like to solve is the bullying in DOE. As working for the DOE, I have seen the bullying increase and that has also increase the depression as well.

Why is it important to solve? Why is it relevant for the community?

This is important to solve because many kids are suffering with depression and feeling suicidal because the constant bullying, not only in person but also online as well. This is relevant to the community because kids are really suffering with this issue and are acting out because of this. This is also increasing the mental health as well.

What idea do you have to address the problem?

creating a program that kids can go as a safe haven to get away from physical bullying after school that can possibly pick them up as well and give them mental health services to deal with the mental issues they may get from this.

    Who would that help?

    Everyone

What NYC borough would benefit from your idea?

    Bronx.
