Providing Climate Crisis funding to citizens who have been disrupted my climate induced disasters, providing funding for rebuilding, food, furniture

Climate change is deeply affecting NYC especially people of color and undocumented immigrants, Hurricane Ian killed many undocumented immigrants.

The lack of support for people affect by climate-induced disaster
