Why is it important to solve? Why is it relevant for the community?

If people are given a route to earn money to take care of themselves they are better prepared to be a productive member of society, pay taxes, care for children, and better provide for their own self.

What idea do you have to address the problem?

I am a former graduate of the LPN program run by NYC DOE center for adult learning if the program was brought back many people would have an affordable option to enter the workforce and have a route for career advancement.

NYC DOE. The former teacher in the program P. Murray. I would be willing to help get the ball rolling.
