people who don't have homes.

Why is it important to solve? Why is it relevant for the community?

It's relevant for the community because getting them off the street can provide a better/safer environment for others and others and it can help them with career.

What idea do you have to address the problem?

Put some in rehab/put them in shelters so that they can clean themselves

Who would that help?

The homeless/crackhead and also me/others.

What neighborhood would benefit from your idea?
