Overcrowded buses

[I live in Brooklyn, and I mainly take public transport, an issue that I have is that the buses are always overcrowded.]

Why is it important to solve? Why is it relevant for the community?

[It can be a safety issue, and it's intolerable for New Yorkers. reasonable filled busses will help a lot of people who takes the bus to work.]
