What problem would you like to solve?

The lack of infants in my community having healthy meals strengthens their overall health.

Why is it important to solve? Why is it relevant for the community?

The healthier a child is the more focused they are as they attend school and grow.

What idea do you have to address the problem?

Educating community mothers on WIC, SNAP, and Public Assistance funds to help bridge the healthy food gap. A way to reach the mothers is by way of them accepting Public assistance which helps them to provide healthy food to their children.

    Who would that help?

It would help most of the young women ages 10 years of age 40 years of age who are childbearing age in Central Harlem.

What neighborhood would benefit from your idea?

    Central Harlem
