Why is it important to solve? Why is it relevant for the community?

More substantial falls can cause life-changing injuries such as broken hips and head injuries, and are a major reason for people having to leave their homes.

What idea do you have to address the problem?

Adult day care education session, resource sharing activities , senior participation in various session to educate the falls prevention messages
