What problem would you like to solve?

There are not enough opportunities for youth to find employment

Why is it important to solve? Why is it relevant for the community?

It is important to solve because us kids need money too. This is relevant to the community because we won't need our parents' money and it will prepare us for the real world.

What idea do you have to address the problem?

We should develop a year-round youth employment program instead of just in the summer. It would allow us to be exposed to different careers at different parts of the year.

Who would that help?

It would help youth and it would make parents lives easier too.

What neighborhood would benefit from your idea?

East Flatbush
