The program would provide weekly peer-support circles, guided meditation, stress-management workshops, family wellness activities, and referrals to licensed mental health professionals. Special sessions would focus on young adults, parents, caregivers, seniors, and residents experiencing housing or financial insecurity. Workshops would be offered in English and Spanish at libraries, community centers, and other trusted neighborhood locations to reduce stigma surrounding mental health services. </div></dd><dt name="textarea-1791493410531-0">What problem is your idea trying to solve?</dt><dd id="textarea-1791493410531-0" name="textarea"><div>Highbridge residents face everyday pressures such as financial hardship, housing instability, family responsibilities, and community challenges that can contribute to stress, anxiety, depression, and emotional isolation.
