Affordable Art Program

There are a lot of talented artists out there, and some can't afford art school because it's really expensive. So maybe, we can make art school cheaper so the art community will have more talented artists joining.

Because public safety, education, health and wellbeing is important and the art area is kinda in ganger for artists right now.
