Idea Submission for The People's Money:
Develop a neighborhood watch for dog curbing. The neighborhood watch could help develop a a place dedicated for the homeless to provide ongoing services and resources.

Everyone should clean after their dogs. More trash bins on every corner and more public bright lights, and homelessness, bikes/mopeds should be regulated to ensure public safety.
