Arts after school program

Drama, Theatre, Art, Design should be implemented more in Brooklyn public schools with drop in programs, workshops, help funding plays, supplies, and after school programs, and more access and opportunities in the industry.

This topic area should receive more funding becuase a lot of art centered programs go unnoticed like drama, theatre and so much people may like the idea of joining it but classes are expensive and their school doesn't provide it because of lack of funding or promotion.
