Clean up the parks

- Public places such as parks, recreation and environmental protection should receive more funding than it already does for cleanups and sanitation.

- It is a place many people go to and so more should be spent on it to keep it clean and updated. There are many parks that haven't been updated and cleaned in years, this owuld prevent people from wanting to go there.
