Customizable for multi-generational groups or specific caregiver audiences, these workshops invite students, parents, grandparents, and caregivers to learn 2-4 social dances side-by-side, ranging from merengue and salsa to swing, waltz, and other culturally responsive dance forms that reflect the school and community interests. Participants engage in dancing together to foster stronger relationships built on fun, teamwork, laughter, and mutual respect. \n\nLed by our skilled Teaching Artists, each session creates a warm, accessible space where families connect, communicate, and celebrate their cultures through movement and music. Workshops are offered as 1-2 hour sessions and can be integrated into existing school events, delivered as stand-alone experiences, or expanded into a multi-session series for an entire school district, inviting families from all schools within that district to participate.
