Some people also don't seek healthcare due to possibility of not being covered by health insurance. Additionally, covering and providing healthcare to children is expensive, and thus can decrease birth rates and the number of people experiencing parenthood. </div></dd>\n<dt name=\"checkbox-group-1756922140917-0\">Which groups does your idea focus on?
