Idea Submission for The People's Money:
The Trump administration has talked about a $2000 dividend for US citizens that aren't the high wealthy yet SNAP benefits remain constricted, so I propose for that money to instead go to SNAP recipients

Social services for SNAP benefits, SB&WD for deli protection and encouragement in them profiting, and health and wellbeing for healthcare to be less expensive
