- Adults with disabilities would support the elderly by incorporating various skills as well as learning how best to service the eldery. In turn the elderly residents would also be supporting, learning and teaching the adult disabled workers skills they have to offer.
- What is the problem your idea aims to address?
- Disabled adults need proper and productive opportunities. By working in senior facilities and having cooperation between the elderly and the disabled, it would offer a sense of purpose to both group.s
