Idea Submission for The People's Money:
Empowering Forest Hill's homeless population, this initiative combines temporary housing, job placement, and unskilled job opportunities with NGO’s, government and business community partnerships. The goal: 10% reduction in homelessness within the first year, rebuilding lives with purpose, hope, and dignity.
