Take Care in the Bronx

This program will help people start a small business by training unexperienced people to do hair. They will get trained to do hair for kids with special needs, like for autistic kids or kids who has other disabilities.

Small businesses can help plenty of people because people who want to have their own business might not be able to afford what they will need to start their business.
