- To provide individuals of all races and ages with practical skills to grow professionally, start businesses, and succeed in the workforce. The workshops aim to create steady personal and career growth by offering hands-on training, guidance, and resources. Monthly workshops (1.5–2 hours each) Interactive sessions with practical exercises Guest speakers including business owners, HR professionals, and community leaders Follow-up resources and mentorship opportunities
- What is the problem your idea aims to address?
- Many people in our communities—regardless of race, age, or background—face significant barriers to personal and professional growth. These challenges often include: Lack of knowledge about how to start and sustain a business. Limited professional skills needed to succeed in the workplace. Difficulty acquiring jobs or stable income due to weak resumes, poor interview preparation, or limited access to resources. Legal confusion surrounding business registration, taxes, and employment rights. As a result, talented individuals often miss out on opportunities to build careers, launch businesses, or achieve financial independence.
