Idea Submission for The People's Money:: Workforce programs that help residents who are unable to find stable employment — by creating jobs, offering workshops on how to get a job, providing individual training, and connecting them with employers who want to hire residents.
What is the problem your idea aims to address?: They should receive money because there are many people who face barriers that make it difficult for them to keep a job.
