Idea Submission for The People's Money:: Youth recitals at senior centers. The program would have students learn traditional instruments over a period of time which culminate in a recital. The hope is to foster intergenerational bonds through music and shared learning.
What is the problem your idea aims to address?: Arts and culture receive less than 1% of the city's budget; I believe that music and the arts are great ways to come together as a community and create bonds.
