Describe the challenge you want to address:

I see the roads and sidewalks aren't very clean, or sanitary. Moreover, many people struggle with finances, especially immigrants such as my parents. They work tirelessly every day and struggle to pay back debts.

What is the solution to the challenge?

I think there should be a bigger safety net for people with lower income. More specifically I think more funding, food cards, food banks or shelter should be established.
