Describe the challenge you want to address:: It's very hard and overly complicated process to get help from the government like for food stamps. My mother has been trying to get them back after somebody stole $600 worth of food stamps from her and since June she's been trying to get it back and not even the money, just her card.
What is the solution to the challenge?: The help services need to get more organized and updated because people cannot be waiting 3 weeks and 5 hours at thr office just to get told that their file was lost and that they need to start all over again.
