Migrant people in the city have specific knowledge in arts and trades, but they don't always find employment easily. Others have jobs but are not familiar with the art or trade, making the process of entering the workforce slower.
- What is the solution to the challenge?

Create workshops where we can share these skills and generate interest groups within the community, where people can both teach and learn at the same time.
