This educational gap hinders their academic development and future career opportunities, perpetuating the cycle of homelessness and limiting their potential to break free from poverty.\n\n</div></dd><dt name=\"textarea-1727191235485-0\">What is the solution to the challenge?</dt><dd id=\"textarea-1727191235485-0\" name=\"textarea\">\n\n<div>Our team will train and mobilize educators to teach robotics to students in grades three and up within NYC shelters. We have created a comprehensive yet accessible curriculum, built around LEGO robots, that empowers children living in shelters to gain an understanding of robotics. Through our partnership with local shelters, students will receive hands-on experience building and coding a robot via a team of volunteers that our organization trains.
