There is a lot of delinquency in the streets, youth are skipping school, they are causing disorder in the trains and parks.
- What is the solution to the challenge?

The solution would be for parents to pay close attention and overall ask for help in organizations that have a lots of workshops so that our children can keep busy and free from drugs.
