Describe the challenge you want to address:: Many Black Americans have housing insecurity due to racism, discrimination, low wealth, immigrant preference, etc. ; and they suffer from poor housing conditions or threats of eviction from landlords because they fear losing their homes and don't know their rights.
What is the solution to the challenge?: A workshop that assists and/or informs impacted residents - especially Black Americans because they are the most affected - complete with community resources can arm them with the knowledge necessary to fight housing injustice.
