I want the Benigno Aquino Triangle be at least improved so people don't dump garbage in that area

What is the solution to the challenge?

Improving the area in ways such as adding more trees or plants to make it more beautiful, maybe making it to a community garden so people around the triangle can use it and also fix the flag poles so the flags don't get caught by the tree branches and get destroyed.
