Describe the challenge you want to address:: I want the Benigno Aquino Triangle be at least improved so people don't dump garbage in that area
What is the solution to the challenge?: Improving the area in ways such as adding more trees or plants to make it more beautiful, maybe making it to a community garden so people around the triangle can use it and also fix the flag poles so the flags don't get caught by the tree branches and get destroyed.
