Describe the challenge you want to address:: Young adults in transition from school to work field often experience difficulties to find the good jobs or have the skills to match. I think disabled people should get a certain material or manpower in life.
What is the solution to the challenge?: (1) Free career workshop; (2) collaborate with local firms to build career internship program; (3) increasing activities for people with disabilities; (4) provide better special education for people with disabilities.
