Describe the challenge you want to address:: Newly arrival migrants from African countries lack proper support. They come looking for opportunities and expectations are not met. There is lack of language access and lack immigrant status necessary for employment. There are societal imposed stereotypes that judge their ability.
What is the solution to the challenge?: Drop in series at local mosque after Friday Jummah service. Ideas include legal counsel, public benifit assistance, application assistance and access to employment opportunities. Incentives should be provided to encourage participation.
