Describe the challenge you want to address:

Marginalized communities faces struggles in building generational wealth due to low-paying jobs, inaccessible training programs for older adults, and no time due to lack of resources (such as childcare for parents).

What is the solution to the challenge?

Building a program for older adults, preferably parents, where training programs are provided and teaches adults in demand skills such as digital marketing and entrepreneurship. It will work with the adult’s time by providing them resources and motivation (the belief that it’s not too late for them).
