Manhattan is the center of New York but some streets in Times Square are not clean and give off bad smells. Normally the State must take charge of the project to clean every day to allow bad smells to disappear.

What is the solution to the challenge?

In my opinion the New York government must make machines available to wash the streets of Times Square every morning so that the bad smells disappear.
