Describe the challenge you want to address:

There is a problem with areas of people who don't have a lot of money having safety concerns in their neighborhood such as broken things in their apartments or in my area rats and roaches and these things are not getting fixed.

What is the solution to the challenge?

They can have highschool and college help as volunteer work for students to put on applications or just a job they could do because their schedules aren't that flexible.
