Whenever I travel abroad, I often see things in other major cities and think that it would be a good idea for NYC.

What is the solution to the challenge?

Create a small office in the mayor's office staffed by 2 - 3? who are responsible for searching the web, publications, etc. for interesting ideas in virtually every facet of the city. It may also require that they visit the city for more information, key photos, etc.
