Describe the challenge you want to address:

One challenge that I see in my community about the youth is that kids are are irresponsible with their money and how they spend it. Example, the amount of teenagers and the drugs being purchased and used.

What is the solution to the challenge?

Give bigger punishment to the people selling them the drugs to try to stop them and scare them.
