Describe the challenge you want to address:: There are many homeless people, young and old, low income due to high rents.
What is the solution to the challenge?: In order to achieve stable housing, rents need to be lowered, create a program where most of the rent could be paid. Give the individuals time to get on their feet. Make it a priority to the candidates- individuals to get a job, build a savings, get therapy or drug counseling.
