There are many homeless people, young and old, low income due to high rents.

What is the solution to the challenge?

In order to achieve stable housing, rents need to be lowered, create a program where most of the rent could be paid. Give the individuals time to get on their feet. Make it a priority to the candidates- individuals to get a job, build a savings, get therapy or drug counseling.
