Describe the challenge you want to address:

Too many of our young men especially lack the resources to aid them during life challenges and when they end up incarcerated, the system lacks the programs necessary to assist them when they get out, sp there is a lot of recidivism

What is the solution to the challenge?

Develope programs geared to work with the parole board to target these young people and meet them where they are. Develope more trade schools and with technology so infused in our culture we must meet youth where they are.
