God said to take care of your childern. We don't have the sources for our expenses. It is difficult to find or rent an apartment since we don't all have access to stable jobs.

What is the solution to the challenge?

In the State of NY, it's difficult to find a job and a stable place or a stable income. That's why these programs need to exist in order to help out the parents who need it to survive.
